CLOSED -20 Mule Team Borax Review and Giveaway - 3 winners


I love being a Purex Insider. I received 20 mule Team Borax in the mail to review. My mother used Borax when I was a kid, but I hadn't tried it as an adult.

If you are not familiar with20 Mule Team Borax, it is a 100% natural mineral that the 20 Mule Team removes from the earth and then washes, dries and boxes it up for consumers. It is a naturally occurring substance that is produced by the perpetual evaporation of the seasonal lakes. Nothing is added.

20 Mule Team Borax can be added to your regular (preferably Purex) detergent to naturally soften hard water (which is in 85% of our homes) and improve your detergent's cleaning power and help keep stains from being re-deposited back onto clothes. This is a big plus for anyone with kids! Kids stains are bad!! Today's stained shirt from my 4 year old has marker everywhere, haha. I just add 1/2 cup to my kids dirtiest clothes load to help them along.

    I always use Borax in the laundry and it seems that I can put in in the dishwasher. I wonder if I can use it instead of that very expensive after product (that I won't name!) that I have been using to control hard water spots. It seems logical.
