I recently had a chance to try Fabkins Napkins for kids. I like to use fabric napkins for my toddler's meals so that I don't waste so many paper towels. I am trying to be more environmentally conscious. It's not easy, but I am making baby steps, haha!
I have the Garden Friends set. It's very cute and washes up well. All of the garden friends are embroidered on each napkins and my toddler was excited to use them. She said that it made her feel like a big girl when she put the napkin on her lap at each meal. I like that it has started teaching her good table manners.
From their website:
"If every single American gave up just one napkin a day, we could save a billion pounds of paper waste from going to landfills each year" Elizabeth Rogers, The Green Book
"If every single American gave up just one napkin a day, we could save a billion pounds of paper waste from going to landfills each year" Elizabeth Rogers, The Green Book
"Every school lunch creates an average of 67 pounds of trash per school year. That means that just one average-size middle school creates over 40,000 pounds of lunch waste a year." - epa.gov
So if you add Fabkins to your kids lunch instead of a napkin, you could save money (which is something that everyone reading this blog likes!) and trash!
If you want to order Fabkins, they are offering Saving with Brandi readers 25% your order when you use promo code Fabkins25 at the Fabkins website here.
Fabkins has also graciously offered to give one of my readers their own set of African Safari Fabkins!
