I got my first taste of Orange Leaf frozen yogurt this week and I have one word - YUM!

I took my family over to the Orange Leaf in O'fallon, MO. It was a wonderful experience. It's a family atmosphere and all the people that worked there were very friendly. And I love the bright and fun decor.

Anyone who goes in to visit can taste any of their 16 flavors that they are featuring that day before you pick which one you want.

When we went, I tried:

All of the flavors are non fat or fat free! YEAH! They use skim milk and make their yogurt fresh daily. You can go here to view the nutritional information.

Orange Leaf is a self serve establishment, so you get your bowl and pick any of the flavors that you want and then head over to the toppings bar.

There are a ton of toppings to pick from including these popping flavor balls that are a hit with the kids! They have strawberry or mango flavors and my 3 year old loved them. I prefer the classics like chocolate chips and chocolate syrup.
