Have you heard of Gorton's new Skillet Crisp fillets? I hadn't heard of them until Gorton's sent me some promo information and a coupon to try them for FREE for this review.
I have always been a big fan of Gorton's (even before I started blogging for them!). I enjoy their Grilled Fillets and my family already LOVES their Potato Crunch Fillets. I can't believe how many of those they can eat. Try them with a little bit of seafood sauce - YUM.
I took our coupon and bought a box of the Garlic and Herb Tilapia Skillet Crisp. They also come in Classic Seasoning, but we usually prefer Garlice fish. It wasn't very difficult to cook and while it is still a little easier to cook the other fillets in the oven, I didn't mind cooking these at all. They turned out pretty good for my first time and we will eat them again. It's nice to vary the kinds of fish and seafood that we eat so that we don't get bored eating the same foods all the time.
Lots of people don't even know that Gorton's make fish in other than fish sticks, haha! That is why Gorton's has a new campaign called "Fisherman's Fridays" to let people know about the "other side of Gorton's". They are giving away more than 100 weekly prizes worth a total of $10,000! Go here to enter the Fisherman's Friday sweepstakes.
In addition, Gorton's is giving 3 of my readers each an envelope with 2 FREE Gorton's product coupons so that you can try your own new Gorton's procuct (or use it for one of your favorites).
